1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with no scratches or damages
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
✔ The product must include all original packaging, cases, cleaning cloths, and accessories
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Products that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
✔ Prescription glasses with custom lenses (unless defective)
✔ Gift cards or store credit
✔ Final sale or clearance items
✔ Used or damaged items due to improper handling

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

✔ Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our designated return address (provided upon approval)
✔ Retain your tracking number as proof of shipment
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4. Refund Process
✔ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method
✔ If the return does not meet our policy conditions, we may decline the refund or issue store credit instead
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders that arrived damaged or incorrect

5. Exchange Policy
✔ We offer exchanges for a different size, style, or color (subject to stock availability)
✔ If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide store credit or a full refund
